Badane and Nugge kodina Curry - Brinjal and Drum stick Curry

     Ingredients:
Badane (Brinjal )    1/2 kg
Corriander Seeds  11/2 tspn
Cumin Seeds          1/2 tspn
Turmeric                  1 pinch
Fenugreek Seeds      1 pinch
Grate Coconut          1 cup

For Garnishing:

 Mustard Seeds   1/4 spoon
Garlic Flakes       2 to 3 Flakes
oil                       2 tspn
Currry leaves      2 spring

Method:

 Grind the masala to make fine paste. and keep aside, cook the vegetables untill completely cooked. Then add a masala and cook for  10 minutes. Put the cooked curry in serving bowl. Take some oil in a pan and add curry leaves, chopped garlic and mustard seeds to it. wait till the mustard seeds splutters.. put it on the top of the currry. served with rice  and chapatis.
