Bangude Meenina Tawa Fry - Mackrel Fish Fry


Ingredients:

Bangude Meenu (Mackrel Fish )  large     1/2 Kg
Red Chilli Powder                                    2 tbspn
Turmeric                                                   1/4 Spn
Chopped Curry leaves                               1 spring
Chopped Corriander leaves                       3-4 spring
Lemon Juice                                               2 tbspn
All purpose Flour                                       1/2 tbspn
Salt to tast
Oil for fry

Preparation:
Cut and Clean the fish and keep aside. Mix all the ingredients and marinate the fish for 15 minutes.Add little all purpose flour to marinate fish for coating and add little oil for marination.

Heat the little oil non stick frying pan over a medium flame. Put the fish pieces and fry till brown both sides. Gently lift the from the pan and put it on a plate.
