Nugge Soppina Upkari


Ingredients:

Nugge Soppu      500 gms
Onion                 1
Green Chilli        4
Grate coconu     1/2 cup
Muatard seed     1 tbspn
Coconut oil         2 tbspn
Garlic                7-8 flakes



Method:
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds , once it splutters add diced garlic  and onion fry for a minutes. Now add the leaves and add 11/2 cup water.then add salt cook till leaves completely cooked. then add grated coconut.cook for a few minutes until water evaporates. Remove from heat. Serve with rice as side dish.
