Ingredients:
- Almonds (badami) 1/4 cup
- Sweetened Condensed milk 1 can
- Evaporated Milk 1 can
- Maida 2 cups
- Smolina(Rava) 2 tbspn
- Sugar 4 tbspn
- Saffron 1/4 tbspn
- oil for frying
Method:
Soak saffron in little cold milk. and keep aside.
Soak rava in little water for 10 minutes.
Soak almonds , then peel skin and grind almond into a fine paste with 1cup of milk instead of water.
Boil evaporated milk,condensed milk, and almond paste for 10 - 15 minutes. Add saffron (kesar color ) to above and let it cool.
Knead maida, soaked rava and sugar into a nice dough, using some cold water. Make small pooris and fry in oil. and soak the pooris in the boiled mixture. Serve it col/hot.
