Creme Caramel


Ingredients:

Fresh eggs (Egg Yolk only) 30 nos
Condensed Milk  - 2 cans
Lemon Rind - 1 tbsp
Evaporated Milk - 1 can
Brown Sugar  - 1/2 kg

Method:

  • Caramelize brown sugar until single thread consistency
  • pour into the bottom of the mold
  • Cool for 20 minutes
  • Mix all ingredients well and pour over the caramelized sugar
  • Cover mold with aluminium foil and steam for 45 minutes to one hour
  • Cool down and serve chilled
