Ingredients:
Shrimps 500gm
Yoghurt 4 tbsp
Ginger and Garlic paste tbsp
Lemon juice 5 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Garam masala 1/4 tbsp
Chilli powder 1/4 tbsp
Butter 50 gm
Method:

Method:
- peel and wash the shrimps and keep aside.
- Mix the yoghurt garlic and ginger paste, lemon juice, salt black pepper powder, garam masala and chilli powder.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the prepared mixed masala in it and cook till the raw smelll goes away.
- Allow the marinade to cool and add prawns to it and allow to stand for 30 minutes
- skewer the prawn and cook over charcoal fire till light golden brown and cooked.
